Full payment is due at the time of booking. Since we do not overbook our boats and specialize in small groups we enforce a 48-hour cancellation policy. You may make changes or cancellations to your reservation up to 48 hours prior to your trip and receive a full refund.  Cancellations made inside of 48-hours will not be refunded unless trip protection was purchased.

We ask all guests to arrive promptly at the scheduled charter time. It is your responsibility to arrive on time and we reserve the right to leave at our scheduled departure time (15 minutes after scheduled charter start time). There will be no refunds given for guests that are more than 15 minutes late or that do not arrive for their intended charter.

Purchase trip protection for an additional 10% of your trip. It allows you to cancel, no questions asked, inside of the 48-hour cancellation policy. You’ll be refunded in full (minus the booking and insurance fees). No shows and late arrivals will not be reimbursed. Trip protection may not be added after checkout.

Full payment is due at the time of booking.  Cancellations with a 7-day notice are eligible for a full refund.  Cancellations inside of 7 days are not eligible for a refund.

A $750 non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.  Full payment is due and non-refundable 30 days prior to the charter.

Manta Rays are wild animals and we cannot guarantee their presence – it’s one of the things that makes this activity so special!  Although we see them on a regular basis if you do not see a manta ray on your night out, you can go again for free on another night on a space-available standby basis.  This offer never expires, but is non-transferable and has no refund or cash value. For standby spots, rental gear is not included and you will still have to meet our diver requirements.  Keep in mind that standby spaces are extremely limited, especially during the busiest times of the year. You’ll still enjoy two dives and we’ve put forth our best effort to show you the mantas, but they are wild animals and on their own timeline – it’s up to them if they make an appearance each evening.

Each guest is required to sign a liability waiver before the first charter of your trip.   Our regulars are required to sign one each month.

We need to see proof of your certification.  If you are certified through SSI, SDI, or NAUI you can look yourself up and screenshot the diver verification screen.   If you were certified through PADI click here to get a replacement card.  Get an ecard so you always have it on you! Sometimes we’ll be able to verify you ourselves from your reservation information, but not always, so be sure to still bring your card or screenshot.

We reserve the right to cancel for any reason including, but not limited to weather, ocean conditions, passenger count, mechanical issues, safety for you, our guests, and our crew. We’ll do our best to reschedule your trip based on availability or you’ll be issued a refund in full. We will contact you via the phone number and/or email address provided in the reservation. We are not responsible if we can not contact you for important information regarding the charter.

In order to receive our excellent dive package pricing, all charters need to be booked at the same time either over the phone or online. When booking online the discount is not automatically added and will be manually applied by a shop staff member and the refund will be issued for the difference – less the online booking fee.
