Rachel Moved to the Big Island in April of 2023 after serving 25 years with the Glendale Police Department in Glendale AZ. She first did the manta ray dive with Kona Honu Divers in April of 2012 and it changed her life. When she retired she knew what she wanted to do. Rachel loves living on the Big Island and some of her hobbies include paddling with Kai Ehitu Outrigger Racing Team and volunteering at the Three Ring Ranch Animal Sanctuary.
